Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Our booking system is very simple and you can book a transfer in 4 simple steps, namely: you enter the location and pickup time as well as the drop of location with number of persons that are traveling with you. After that, our system will recommend free vehicles for that date to chose from. When you choose a vehicle, the third step is to enter your information, from name to email. The last step is payment and your transfer is scheduled. Have a nice trip!

What information do I need in order to book?

The most important information is the place and time of pick up, as well as the place where we drop you off and the number of people who will travel with you.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

There is a tailor maid section through which you can request transport for your desired route and our team will respond to you via email as soon as possible. Also is a possibility of contact via Viber or WhatsUp where you can also send us a message or call us.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay by card through our booking system on the website or choose the option to pay with cash when our driver picks you up.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Absolutely, when it comes to transporting our passengers, your wishes come first. If you want transport on demand and with several stops, we make it possible for you. We have a special tailor made section where you can create your trip/transfer and we will act according to your wishes.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

We provide space for one large and one small lagguage per person plus additional bags that are not counted.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

It depends on the destination, but our drivers are always waiting for you at the agreed location with an emphasis on facilitating you and your needs. For example, if it is an airport, they are always waiting for you at the exit. When you book the transport, you are provided with a picture of the vehicle and the waiting area.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Our drivers will always wait for you at the agreed location with a provided picture of the place. If something goes wrong or you get lost, our support is at your disposal 24/7. We recommend that you leave your contact phone number (Viber/WhatsUp or regular) when booking the transfer so that the driver can contact you and achieve better communication.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

For now, our company only has comfortable cars intended for 4 people, so in case of increasing your original travel crew, you can reserve another car. Van transport for more than 4 people is planned and we are working on it, so stay tuned.

How long will the transfer take?

The duration of each transport is different and depends on the destination. Upon request, you can get information about the duration of your transfer.
